Nídia is an Afro-Portuguese electronic producer and DJ from Vale da Amoreira, Portugal, with roots in Guinea-Bissau and Cape Verde. A key artist on the Príncipe Discos record label, she is known for her progressive and frenetic style of Kuduro and Batida. Her acclaimed career includes her 2015 debut record "Danger" and the 2017 album "Nídia é Má, Nídia é Fudida," which have been pivotal in bringing the Lisbon ghetto's electronic music to a global audience.
