He is recognized for a relentless focus on melody and timbre, creating a timeless sound in the trend-driven world of electronic music. His 2008 track "A Thousand Nights" was Beatport's best-selling techno track of the year, introducing him to a wider audience. Tresher also runs his own record label, Break New Soil, founded in 2009.
