El Pony Pisador is a five-piece folk band from Barcelona, Catalonia, formed in 2014, blending traditional music from around the world—including Celtic tunes, sea shanties, bluegrass, tarantella, and yodeling—with humorous, tavern-inspired originals. The group, named after the Catalan translation of The Prancing Pony from The Lord of the Rings, has released albums such as Yarr's i Trons! (2016), Matricular una Galera (2019), and the 2023 collaboration The Longest Pony with The Longest Johns, while touring festivals across Europe, the US, and Canada.
